Diktát/Dictation

Cieľom práce je poukázať na priame prepojenie súčasného stavu školstva s aktuálnou situáciou a náladami v spoločnosti. Školstvo sa výraznou mierou podieľa na výchove človeka a jeho stav sa priamo odráža nielen v nadobudnutých vedomostiach ale aj v schopnosti kriticky myslieť. Toto sa snažím demonštrovať na príklade internetových diskusií, kde práve tí, ktorí sa ostatným snažia diktovať svoj pohľad na svet, by s klasickým školským diktátom mali značný problém. Komentáre visiace na nástenke, ktorá bola súčasťou inštalácie, boli opravené skupinou deviatakov zo Základnej školy, Radvanská 1. V rámci inštalácie mal aj divák možnosť posadiť sa na „učiteľskú stoličku” a pokúsiť sa opraviť gramatické chyby a zároveň sa zamyslieť nad obsahom daných komentárov.

The aim of the work is to point out the direct connection of the current state of education with the current situation and moods in society. Education is heavily involved in the upbringing of a person, and its status is directly reflected not only in the acquired knowledge but also in the ability to think critically. This is what I am trying to demonstrate on the example of Internet debates, where those who try to dictate their views on the world would have a major problem with the classical school dictation exam. The comments hanging on the wall that was part of the installation were corrected by a group of pupils from the primary school, Radvanská 1. In the framework of the installation, the viewer had the opportunity to sit on a "teacher's chair" and try to correct grammatical errors while reflecting on the content of the comments.
